Working with them for 3 years now and the amount of flexibility and job security NCSI offered is tremendous. They were very supportive in pandemic and none of the employees were asked to leave. On the contrary we were given flexibility and multiple sessions from external speakers on how to emphasize and maintain work life balance. Nothing specific but they need to work on branding in India as people dont know about NCSI whereas they are multi billion dollar firm. Firms smaller than NCS spend more on branding than NCS.
