There is layoff in NCR voyix, they have not let me completed my probation period and there is no job security. I request not to join this company. my manager knew about my layoff one month ago and he didn't let me know. Hello let know me from a formal invite and let all my colleagues to do WFH for whole week and he allow only me todo WFO. This is the worst organisation that I have been associated for. I regret my decision not to join TCS. I am hope less and speech less why this company has done this to me I did not take that much of salary that the senior level person takes. If they have to do the cost cutting they will reduce the number of senior level person. Please please don't join the company else you will be in anixety all the time.
