Culture of Hire to Retire is the big plus. Healthy and Hygiene Food. MEDICAL Support (Especially the way company took care of their people during COVID was really extraordinary). A Certified Great Place to Work

Commitment Level of management towards their employees are fantastic. Peoples & CFT members are work together to kill the Manufacturing Lines issues. Hikes & Pers are Best. HR Department & Policies for employees are the best part of this organization. Support from Indian Management is highly appriciable.

When new employee join, it takes long time to get proper job related assets from IT such as laptop and accessories, access of server and sap, also we get old and rejected laptop first time which demotivates new employee
