Commitment Level of management towards their employees are fantastic. Peoples & CFT members are work together to kill the Manufacturing Lines issues. Hikes & Pers are Best. HR Department & Policies for employees are the best part of this organization. Support from Indian Management is highly appriciable.

Food Quality need more focused. Bus facilities need to to be provide for Bhiwadi Location.

When new employee join, it takes long time to get proper job related assets from IT such as laptop and accessories, access of server and sap, also we get old and rejected laptop first time which demotivates new employee

If you work in operations related departments, then you will lack even basic facilities such as drinking water, washrooms, ac/heater, tea/coffee. No work life balance and very depressing work environment.

1. Appraisal % is not good but company share the profit with employee so this gap fulfilled very well. 2. Frequent changes in products & some project's life is very short.
