I had joined this company and I had worked for long. We have to work months 1st to 30th but we will get salary on 17th of next month. And company is. Deducting PF from salary but it is not deposit in PF account. If check your PF account so there is not amount deposited. In this company you will be promoted but in only verbally, not on document. Suppose you are agent and you promoted as team leader so verbally you are team leader but in document your will be an agent in this company. And suppose if you do resign so there not guarantee of remaining salary company will provide or not. If provide so when, there is not guarantee. Everything. HR, Management, Team leader, Floor manager, Accountant, all they are giving you the wrong hope and not provide the facilities and salry on time. So, my opinion is not to enroll in that company. Totally worst. Worst to Worst organisation.

The team I got, there was only few good people who were intelligent and had some work ethics and others doesn't had any ethics.

The company management was very worst especially their salary cycle which comes after 15 or after that, the deduction of the salary even after working everyday and on time.

There is nothing to like about navigant technologies instead of operations manager ANURADHA RAJPUT mam, she is very polite and helpful to every employee.

No hikes in salary Lot of work pressure Not fixed timing ( we have to reach office 15 minutes before from shift timings but we cannot go even after completion of shift timings everyday we have to be in office 20 minutes more from the shifts timings) Salary never credited on time If you will leave office then even after 45 days salary will not credited to your account.
