RBS seems confused in defining roles and responsibilities 6 months back dey introduce a senior role in each hierarchy and 6 months down dey completely back off an say it ll be feature teams and no stability in its implementation. Upskilling is fine but cannot have inclusive approach in upskilling. All benefits offered as free earlier are now part of total pay .
