NISG cannot even negotiate with the IAS cadre. They just submit. Its a ego satisfaction company for civil servants.

This is a Lal type company to work, they will not give you salary on time saying they haven't received it from the client. Nothing is there, they are just working as a HR who is paying you , other than that you even can't approach to anyone.
