Work life balance is great. One can live tension free tenure in nisg without having much hope of growth or hike . One can join in this organisation after having at least 15yrs of industry experience in most senior position and relax.

Dislikes

1. Pathetic HR 2. Growth is zero 3. Pro rata basis salary increment 4. No scope of employee training and improvement. 5. Government like laidback mindset.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. 1.They are not empowered to support the people placed at the project. 2.They will not come into any picture and not at all reachable in most of the times when the situation arises to individual to talk to them. 3.They will not be supportive in any form and the decision will be on one way and will not have any care for professionalism.
