Role & responsibilities
Leading program management initiatives on behalf of and under guidance of Division Head Increase the footprint and operational effectiveness of AB PM-JAY by coordinating with various State Coordinators and SHAs Strategize and develop region and State -specific action plans Evaluate documents such as RFPs, MoUs, Model Tender Documents to ensure external engagement in objective and effective manner Prepare internal presentations for NHA leadership regarding way forward on key initiatives Conduct performance evaluation of State Coordinators Effectively lead all forms of operational engagement of State Coordination with other divisions of NHA Willing to travel constantly, across the country and to remote communities to evaluate on ground performance of AB PM-JAY
Qualifications and Experience
Technical background with MSW/MBA/Healthcare Management/MS from a reputed and recognized University or Institution
10-15 years of advisory/leadership/project management experience across public agencies, development sector agencies, management consultancies Must possess strong leadership and mentorship qualities Strong analytical abilities Ability to undertake strategic planning' Demonstrated experience of strong social orientation and empathy Demonstrate familiarity with technology would be a plus Very good drafting and presentation skills
