The organization's only decision making body is the board without recourse to the rank and file directs for implementation of such decisions and policies. Training needs of staff are not given any better attention. Progression is nothing to take home about. Staff do not have any meaningful job security if the unfortunate situation occurs on any of us that we cannot work again.
