Can do much much much better.

They hire non banking people at Senior VP level to manage hard core corporate banking ops. It is just not the right way to run a new corporate bank offshore unit. They run banking ops like a typical call centre and create useless pressure within 1 month of joining to meet outrageous targets like we are attending calls. They dont have a clear roadmap for their 2-5 year road map and are 100% dependent on onshore bosses. Very bad no work culture also, for same roles salary discrepancies are very high. Leaders are so biased with ex employees of ANZ and Natwest they formed groups and treat employees from other organisations very badly
