Lot to say about NATCO. I started working at NATCO in jun-2015. I loved working there. People there will become family. They treat you like a family member. I never thought I was working there for salary, I felt I am working for the well being of my family(NATCO). Company also treats all the employees same. You will have special benefits if company makes profit/ audit success etc.,

Dislikes

Culture of sports and other activities should be implemented for employees. Lack of implementation of new technologies.

Team work of Natco is good, increments and other benefits no other company may be like Natco, growth of your will be some what slow and the facility wise Natco is good.

Dislikes

It's an scale-up API company, based on running condition of department the promotion will be given because of that for our growth it would take lot of time.

Myself I am working in Production Fermentation, handling different molecules and also having experience in isolator where oncology drugs are produced.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
