The one think I like about Nalanda Heritage School is that the campus is situated in the lap of nature. The school has valid affiliation number from cbse. They are paying salary every month on time.

Dislikes

The staff room environment is not good. There are some crabing mentality people here. They always try to discourage you. The management is doing lot of fraud things here. Like they are opening the account of the employees and not giving them passbook. They are doing illegal transactions in it. There is no job security here. The chairman who is a retired army colonel , always torturing the employees. He is only business minded person. He is frequently changing the teachers and not concerned about the academics. He is not providing appointment letter . As it is a residential school the food quality is lowest quality and unhygienic. If you suggest to improve the food quality then he will kick you out his organization. He is running his Hitler's rule and a fraud.
