After an employee resigns they do not pay his salary of his notice period or full and final amount. Just false promises. After a point they will stop picking your calls or replying to your emails. They will tell you that they pay a variable amount that is cut every month from your salary which will be paid lump sum after 1 year, butwhen you complete the 1 year mark they pay you nothing. Salary can be credited on 10th or 20th or 30th or next month, you will never know. They do not care about their employees. They just want to randomly hire and randomly lay off....Read More
