Employees face delayed or incomplete salary payments, with promises of variable pay remaining unfulfilled. Resigning employees often do not receive their full salary or notice period pay. The company is plagued by internal politics, micro-management, and a lack of clear mission and vision, leaving employees feeling directionless. Many leaders prioritize advancing their personal agendas over fostering innovation. Additionally, there is a severe lack of recognition and rewards for employee efforts, contributing to disengagement. Salary payments are frequently delayed, and employees often do not receive their full salary or notice period pay upon resignation, with promises left unfulfilled. The company also withholds variable pay, claiming it will be disbursed after a year, but employees report receiving nothing. There is no formal leave policy, and employees are expected to work long hours, often without compensation for overtime. Furthermore, Nala Robotics fails to contribute to employees' Provident Fund, violating labor laws. Performance appraisals are non-existent, and salary hikes are rare.
