Delayed material returns or issues: Holding unused or defective items in the store for too long. Overs staking and under stocking: Both situations and causes issues in space management and operations. Inefficient manual processes: Manual data entry and paperwork increases the likelihood of mistakes and slows down operations.

I like working part of megha family. But unfortunately some personal problems I resign my position. Total 4 years working. Every month salary credited 5th to 7th.

Dislikes

I feel little bit job insecurity. Family persons not getting HRA & Food allowance. Not for all projects. Only my situation this particular project. I think my bad luck.apart form all are good. And one more reason leaves Sep 2024 month I working 25 Days remaining 5 days apply OD with site incharge permission. But I don't know what'shappening. My September month total working days also consider Absent. So many times rise the complaint. But not solved. My muster data also removed E bills. That's time I decided Job insecurity feeling .
