I'm compelled to share my distressing experience with Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL). Despite diligent service, I faced unacceptable treatment regarding my final settlement.
MEIL neglected to pay my last month's salary and other entitlements, disregarding multiple reminders and requests. This lack of accountability raises serious concerns about their commitment to employee welfare.
The management's attitude is alarming, displaying a sense of impunity and disregard for employee rights. They seem to believe themselves above accountability, exploiting their perceived influence.
