Growth is very slow ,hard work day-night working ,salary not effective as per life balance. Management avoiding the Employee issue.

Good work environment.. Project incharge or project guides, collegues and team mates are very supportive..

Salary hikes should be improved... Freshers getting very less salary... Salaries should be improved.

This company gave me my first opportunity as an engineer. It's a great company for freshers . It gives opportunities to freshers directly by conducting walk-in interview every Saturday.

If u r in a higher post then u will get good salary . But for lower designated employees salary is average

Timely salary make me work in this company

They don't follow holiday calender released by HO. You don't have any appraisal or promotion regularly it nearly once in 3 years.Company says they will give bonus every year but you don't get any bonus.No work life balance as you have to work 7 days a week and NO OTs are paid even Sundays are not paid days but you have to work for free on sundays.

I like Meil company because given timely salary and benefits and carefully workers properly and over all wonderful working days and great work so I like and love this company.

Dislikes

Salary increment not properly of employee so we are not comfortable in this company and dislikes.
