1. Worst leave policies. Work extra but dare to apply comp off, it will be rejected due to any reason and the hours you have charged in client’s timesheet will go to Nagarro’s budget. 2. Bad fixed / optional holidays (non inclusive). 3. Bad insurance coverage plans. 4. Worst promotion policies. No raise for getting promoted. 5. Yearend appraisals are also very bad. 6. Variables in Nagarro, are divided into 2 parts- a) Allocational bonus (which you get full, only if you are on project and not on bench). b) Organisational bonus (started 3 years ago), but employees just received it once, as it depends on company’s performance. And the company is not performing well, that it why they are cutting the organisational bonuses for everyone. May be, higher management are getting though. 7. Even after clearing 3 round of interviews, you will be on bench and again struggling to appease internal interviewer and then client side interviewer to get the project, else sit on bench and loose your allocational bonus....Read More

1. Appraisal delays 2. They always find a way to deduct Bonus( Which is part of CTC) 3. They can reduce fixed holiday at any time of the year and give ridiculous reasons. 4. If you are on a project then you are suppose to carry whole burden for the people on bench 5. Their client interview process is awful. 6. Bad management, they don't have projects they keep you on bench, on bench you will get project calls which are not relevant to your skillet, finally they reject you in internal interviews and you feel dejected and think why did you join this company. Hopeless company. I would not recommend this company to any person

1. Very limited projects 2. Random project allocation 3. No job security. Hire n Fire if company does not have projects, even if employee is outperformer 4. Limited learning opportunities 5. No increament on promotion 6. Average annual increament 7. Ethics are only on papers, HR does not interfere in policy violation cases by managers 8. In some projects, Associates are forced to apply leave if no work or in case of annual shutdown on client side. 9. No cross training opportunities 10. Grooming to next role depends only on manager 11.
