Nagarro has excellent work culture and it shows that they care about their employees, there are time when the work pressure affect us but its help us learn new thing and grow as a individual.

Dislikes

Its my personal observation that i see there are not sufficient project for my skillset and which sometimes limits the growth as an individual. and second thing is that the internal assessment process for role Promotion can be improved a little bit .
