I have seen some politics in team, they put you in any project where clients are using very old technology and also they will not ask you for it that they are putting you in this project, Michro management is also there I am not talking about all departments but as per my knowledge my many colleagues left Nagarro because of its TL and Manager. I have a story of my one of the colleague - under the other manager he was performing very well and also manager gives him a excellent reward but things changes new manger came and started to pressurising him and after sometime he stressed and then connected with DL but no one listen to him then after sometime he left this org but he got best company after it, so I would advised that try to listen your employees pain not managers stuff because on ground they are working....Read More
