Manager and worst management hierarchy I seen here only in SERVICENOW team. Overall Nagarro is great place to work. A uneducated and unmannered person is handling ServiceNow which is a bad luck for Nagarro

It is a good company to work with but there is always scope of improvement - wage gap between two employees with same skill set which should be little and no if you have spent considerable amount time in company.

I like the learning programs in Nagarro. Nagarro University provides many opportunities to learning new technologies and level up your skil set.

Dislikes

Recently, Nagarro created a policy according to which you can not request for project change before spending one and half year in same project. So once you have been allocated in a project you can't change it even if you don't like its technology.
