Overall Nagarro is a decent company, which knows there is life beyond office work. They try to break the monotony every now and then. Also provide a very comfortable working environment. Amidst covid whoever is covid +ve and taking leaves due to that, extra leaves are being provided, not only that, nagarro is providing and doing everything they can to support their employees in such tough time.

Dislikes

Overall it's good, but among all the chaos, it is more important to be involved and let the employees participate in different activities, because at times like this, it is more likely for the employees to loose hope.

Nagarro is a very good company for a technical learning perspective and freshers or newcomers. During the lockdown, they announced 6 months salary cut (10/12/15 percentage) and also delayed appraisal for the next 5 months even after COVID salary reverted to normal in Nov 2020.

Dislikes

There have more support and maintenance projects except for a few key customers. During COVID time, current employee-facing salary cuts to avoid layoff for bench strength. On the other hand, the company hiring fresh talent from the market and offering salary hikes.
