It is a flat hierarchy and has all the state of the art digital infrastructure belt for the employees wherein you would not need to knock the doors of multiple departments to get things done on a day-to-day basis, which are employees woes in big companies

Dislikes

It clearly lacks directional leadership from departments as the multiple small section of business units tried to get aligned with the bigger business unit. In my case, I have seen my boss treating me with guidance of just one or two sentences as problem statements and not pushing or challenging me further.
