Company work culture is very good. They are giving enough time to learn new technology. I was enjoying the work. In approx 2.5 year 1 or 2 days i stayed after office hour and that was really required, so work life is balanced. Salary you will get according to your performance and company's budget. If you are critical resource then definitely you will get good hikes. In terms of job security - when i was there - "They said to one employee to search other job".
