Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Company work culture is very good. They are giving enough time to learn new technology. I was enjoying the work. In approx 2.5 year 1 or 2 days i stayed after office hour and that was really required, so work life is balanced. Salary you will get according to your performance and company's budget. If you are critical resource then definitely you will get good hikes. In terms of job security - when i was there - "They said to one employee to search other job". But apart from that case i never heard this type of thing. Career growth & Opportunities you will get there. If everything is good then you can get onsite opportunity as well....Read More
