Company work culture is very good. They are giving enough time to learn new technology. I was enjoying the work. In approx 2.5 year 1 or 2 days i stayed after office hour and that was really required, so work life is balanced. Salary you will get according to your performance and company's budget. If you are critical resource then definitely you will get good hikes. In terms of job security - when i was there - "They said to one employee to search other job". But apart from that case i never heard this type of thing. Career growth & Opportunities you will get there. If everything is good then you can get onsite opportunity as well....Read More

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
