Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Please don't join this company especially EMEA - KYC region. there is no proper training at the beginning of the job and they will ask us to work on cases from 2nd week only without any proper training. Management is very worst especially "EMEA-KYC" region. Most of them left the company within 6 months of joining.
