It is good place to start your career. You will have good and intelligent crowd around you. Has a lot of learning opportunities. You will have a lot client facing time.

Dislikes

Salary is not good enough. Benefits and work-life balance is zero. Very less onsite opportunities.

The work culture is really good, get to work with a group of really interesting people. Your colleagues will be really supportive and you'll get to learn a lot in a very short span of time. Most people join Mu-Sigma as a way to launch their career in analytics and it is the best place t o do just that. It is a gate way to securing a well paying job in analytics (Amazon, HSBC etc offer high packages) post 2 years in Mu-Sigma. Also the experience from Mu-Sigma adds a lot of value to your MS application when applying to Universities abroad. These are the only reason that people still join the company....Read More

It is a very high stress environment, you'll be subjected to a lot of changes (there will be a change in administrative policy very odd week). You will not be allowed to settle down and get comfortable. The worst part of it is that all these changes are based on whims of the leadership team, without any logical backing. 1. There were lot of interesting projects going around in the office. It has variety of learning opportunities and different people conducting different courses so you could choose to learn which ever is helpful to you. 2. 1.It was very hard when you work hard to complete the work but when there were others that were getting by without doing anything and the manager of my team was not there when I first started working but the came after was one that was inexperienced. Working at that made feel like I was drowning in work but some people in my team wer en't doing their job and we had to take that to which made completing much harder. I had to put lot more time than what was required. 2. Client call was one other thing I hated before because of the scheduling of our onsite coordinator was juggling to adjust to the time differences between American , Europe and India most of the scheduling would be in late nights like 10:30 PM or after 10 clock. These days even though our work day has started at 9:30 or 10 ish in morning and that days work has completed may be around 8PM in the evening but couldn't go home as we have to take the client call from the office we had to stay back....Read More
