Salary is very less as compared to the work. No training is given, you have to learn things yourself, ask from colleagues (who have no interest in helping you) Once you are assigned to a project/account, it's very very difficult to leave to a different project. No appreciation of your hard work/extra hours, no one cares. But if something goes wrong, everyone will blame you. 6 months notice period, because of which you will think twice before leaving
