It is a very good place if you want to learn new technologies or if you want to do end to end (UI to Backend to Development) if they trust you they will give you the freedom to access everything like azure pipelines etc..

Dislikes

The worst thing is that they ask you to work at midnight as well there is no work life balance(not every day but for sure in a month they will do like this for 4 or 5days), They ask us to work for Saturday even some times Sunday's as well

MSR IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a B graded small company with horrible management system. There is no fixed salary credit date. Terrible job security. No medical insurance. They do not deposit employee's PF on time. As per company's so called HR policy FnF amount is payable after 45 days from the last working day but they don't followtheir own rules & regulations. Ex-employees have to follow up with them thousand times then you can get your FnF amount after 1 year's of time. You will get very bad behavior from HR & operation manager.
