There is shuttle service but not for all the stops. They give you free small quantity snacks everyday. On records you have access to work from home for 5 days but reality is manager hardly approves Even 1. Choose your department wisely otherwise you might get in AP1 Delhi.

There is almost nothing to like about Newgen. You can yourself judge the atmosphere by knowing that within one year 5 people resigned from the same team. Its like an infinite loop, you are stuck inside doing nothing productive forever. Team politics is cunning then drama plots. People are ready to pull you down always. I have been working for 2 years in this company but haven't been able to find out and positives. Pathetic work culture, Pathetic appraisals, Pathetic managers. Being a product based company they compare themselves with service based ones.

They give good appraisal/hike if you have worked dedicatedly for the project. I got an average hike of around 48%in first year and 35%in second year. They give opportunities to travel onsite, and work individually on different modules.

I you work good, like you're a team player can work in cross functional teams very smoothly, can work on weekends and even extended hours, then they'll burden up with more responsibilities. My department was not at all supportive in the last few months, management is pathetic and HR is of no use. I have gained a lot of knowledge and exposure working here, got opportunity to travel to 2 different countries in a span of 3 years and work solely. But my mental health has been compromised a lot. Everything. Monday to Friday WFO Saturday, Sunday WFH. You need to work beyond the work hours. All the credits of your work will be given to someone who is close to your manager. When your manager is close with a junior, Junior will be allowed to act as a manager. Full of politics. If you are deployed under such manager start looking for different project or company.
