Lack of proper project specific documentation. People have to struggle when starting to work on any project. Also seniors and colleagues are too busy to help anyone. At client sites people and teams respond way to slow.

1. Lots of politics 2. Old technology 3. Limited growth 4. Travelling to client location (anywhere in Mumbai, if your base location is Mumbai) 5. Not much accessory/reimbursement benefits while working from home 6. HR stands for hardly reliable 7. Average experience while training Newgen Products

As a fresher you'll learn a lot but the technology is outdated and limited to Java only. The trainings given on Newgen Products to new joinee's could be considered as average. You are expected to work for more than 9 hr(may differ from team to team)

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
