Newgen is really good for two things: Exposure and Appraisal. Another thing that I find good about Newgen is job security.

I only did not like the teams which I was assigned to in the first three years of my experience because there was a lot of unhealthy politics. But that is particularly my own experience and I do not feel that the experience was particularly because of the company; I could have come across such people in any other organisation also.
