Overall experience is good. There’s no career growth here as employees have to work on Newgen’s products. If you’re someone who likes programming then this isn’t for you. Learning curve is plateau. Salary payment is better than service based companies. If you’re based in Mumbai then chances are high of you being allotted to the client side. Job security here is cent percent.
