WFH Flexible timings (depends on project) Learning curve could be saturated at one level depends on project more package during joining.

Dislikes

Salary Hikes only if you resign, else even if you ask for hike after completing 2 years in the organization they wont do it. No gifts on first day or on any other occasion. They don't spend any penny on employee than salary.

Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years

Dislikes

If you join as a fresher, your salary progression is very slow(almost negligible). No hikes since last 3 years. Variable pay is never given and they state that company is not performing well if you question them. Clients are God. No matter how ridiculous there demands are, management will agree to it without any questions. One of the worst insurance policies.

Main Pros - All the managers are very good and team members are very helpful, the seniors behave with you as a friend, work culture is very good.

Salary and benefits are not up to the mark, sometimes you will not get the appreciation after doing all the hardwork.
