Buddy concept they introduce for new joiner is good initiative.

Dislikes

Company culture is not good. They are not employee friendly. Highly billing and budget oriented. No respect for humans and emotions. Worst experience there.

Need advice on which company to join

I have offers from HealthAsyst and WellDoc at 13LPA fixed as a .NET FSD. Also Capgemini and Mphasis offering me 14 LPA (yet to disclose structure) I'm interviewing with Deloitte and Dentsu for a higher offer. Job is secured if are average performer and above. Below performers also can easily pass 2 years as in certain accounts they do not release from account even if you are performing zero as a developer/qa/any other role. There was no Much work so work life balance was good.

Dislikes

Almost everything. And no additional Facilities at all. Not even cafeteria nor Free Transport. Even when we had to visit Customer Premises there was no allowance.
