Good for Middle Level Resources as you get to learn the new skills in a production environment while working with the clients onsite. Chances of getting on to the payroll of the clients. However, chances are bleak(may not be even 5%).

Dislikes

Not good for senior resources. Hikes are not given even after 3 years. Besides this, variable pay will be deducted on play of number game. Resources will not have any recognition as the resources will be outsourced to work at client place. DO NOT expect anything other than Net sala ry (excluding variable pay). No yearly hikes, elevations. Chances of luring with a tantalizing bait of overseas opportunity which of course would never happen. Don't work below people, these r worst manager never seen entire my career. Offshore Dalia thomas , ratnakar b, vijay s and petakamsetty Chandrasekhar is most worst manager i ever seen, i dont know who selected him as hyd manager. He dint have communication, manager skill, manners also. Siva subrahmanya vijay is another worst Ratnakar bhaskar is one more worst rahul gupte , nagesh jadav on-site, One of the worst client in my career is SCHWAB. If you want join mphasis, better ask 3x times package and join, after 1 year u can change Don't expect more from company only think ur salary and growth

Everything No project in hyderabad No hikes last 3 years Worst bench policy, bench will start once ur release initiated though ur in project . 1st two months full salary, 3,4th half salary and then no salary till I get project. I have been working here for the past 1 year. Things that I like about Mphasis are work culture, night shift allowance, job security (once your current project term comes to an end you'll be absorbed into another in no time , I have seen it with many of my colleagues), work life balance ( depends on project though, right from start I have WFH due to covid, so cannot comment if it remains that flexible once the office reopens ....Read More
