I worked under good manager but now he is also not there. They are not ready to give any hike even if you are experienced employee.

Mphasis an HP company gives platform for freshers to learn and get them trained. Not sure about the experienced players but working as a fresher and getting corporate training was great

Dislikes

Mphasis has great projects but work life balance sucks in most of the projects and management doesn't say no to onshore
