Nightmare for freshers or less experienced people Bench policy Hardly get any relevant experience as a fresher Put you on bench and it is very hard to be deployed after you get on bench

I appreciated the chance to work on real-world projects like 'RLL - What's Cooking.' It helped me gain hands-on experience in designing and implementing a full-stack application with Angular and Spring Boot

While I enjoyed learning new skills and working on interesting projects at Mphasis, I felt there was a lack of job security. The requirement to meet certain exam scores to keep the job was challenging

Worst management in PM project and also so called manager is there and he is very rude guy and the worst work culture is exist in that particular project. He is the manager of LOB called maintenance team..if anyone wants to join that particular project, please don’t go

Work life balance is good, Manager is comparative and Leave approvals are not at all Hard (if any pending). Learning is good. Team mates and work culture is average.

No salary Hikes for years. No increments and appreciation. Once selected please come with high package already so that , no worries till next few months/year.

Freshers won't treated good..High risk of lossing job for freshers, as No guidance for new joiner and no project allotment for long time and lastly they force to resign or they do it from their backend side! Thank you!

Job security is there, on the same hand there are no hikes and variable pays on the name of cost cutting is really terrible. If will get good clients or projects then may be these stats will change.

Work environment is not good, sometimes too much pressure will be there on employees, no management at all. Too much politics, client relations are also not good.

It's my first company as a fresher, i learned a lot of skills and as far as training went it was great.

After training, -there are no projects for gaining actual work experience. -the salary for fresher's is very low -you are put on bench after training and you have to wait for projects for months and the WORST part is there is bench policy, from starting date of the bench period for the next 2 months-full salary and later 2 months-50% salary and after that NO SALARY. This company behave employees just like use and throw. There is no job security into mortgage processes .is there anyone decided to join Mphasis into mortgage project then just change your decision. Pathetic management. I was jobless despite being greate performance of 2 years.

All company experience depends on direct manager's behaviour and his/ her micromanagement style. So I have a mixed experience so far. Overall the company is trying to be a great place to work howerer, some managers are trying to make it hard the life for lower level executers.
