I got good colleagues who are friendly and always ready to help.

Dislikes

They hired me saying it's hybrid module but since you are new you will have to work from office for 3 months. Then once i joined, they asked me to work from office for 6 months. Now i completed 6 months, they are saying they will not allow hybrid module at all. Fake promises was made while hiring.

Highly toxic management.They won't give normal casual leaves, instead ask employees to work on weekends as well as on public holidays and get paid by clients but poor employee are not any single penny.No career growth and promotion ,if we ask about hike they will simply tell same dialogue from 3 years "No hike this time, we're trying ''

Mphasis is good company..but project money is very worst project in mphasis.management is worst especially anoop prabhakar is very bad manager and lady management also very bad. I can’t say more than this ..i feel like hell here and no job security. They will remove from project very fine day without any reason and without any proper justification

They hired for permenant job position only . After 1 and half years they suddenly put notice period for some specific employee's including me. They say reason to its a contractual process and its end . And did n’t move any other process internally. Its affect employees personally . There is no job security and many politics inside the odc.

Don’t ever join this company. My life worst experience was here. Unskilled managers, no professionalism, this is about non IT Mphasis. Please have some good staff and people who are having sympathy to be hired.

Worst management in PM project and also so called manager is there and he is very rude guy and the worst work culture is exist in that particular project. He is the manager of LOB called maintenance team..if anyone wants to join that particular project, please don’t go

As a fresher you get exposed to project work and actual hands on really well.

No Promotion. No Hikes. No Appraisal. No Appreciation. Overworked. Micro management. Work life balance is obviously bad. Managers are stuck to their roles for far too long and stagnate the growth of other new members early in their career. They only have appreciation for you and your work when they want you to work more. WFO is implemented very strictly. Extended work hours.

promotions Manager support Lack of clarity what employees are doing in project by Managers. No recognition. Managers have to recognize the effort of employees. Existing employees under paid and new joiners are getting good hikes

Now a days they not allow to do work from home ,if the people who are working good and well also they will not allow to do work from home that's why I quit my job ☺️...... In future if u got a opportunity I will not at all miss that one 👍
