I work for a big four company.. Still I can say mphasis is the best.. The support, the atmosphere, the people, staff and hr support mangers support all I can say is that it is the best best place to work... Peace. Even wen my log out was at 2.30 .. I would still stay der.. Cause it was never like hell feelings.

Salary, hike is the only problem. Still if u think that u dont have work life balance... U can choose mphasis.. Cause I had more time for my personal life as well as I work... I used to cover my work out, morning walk, watch TV, play game, go out meet friends still I reach my office on time...

Great working with Mphasis like mangers and co-worker, 2nd time agin I was joining same organizations but unfortunately i got termination letter because i was uploaded wrong document so please check before upload the documents, if get any chance I'm ready to join immediately Mphasis, because i have that much love organization.

28/8/2024 Go on the interview the company management put on discretion only for freshers and I worked 6 years food industry for my college use but this Maphasis company for me new industry I was excited to get my job here and was interviewed before 2 Days did not sleep there I work on continue shift. They had written for 2 hours for an interview after the mphasis staff called my name and she told her don't interview for you we connected only for freshers. And kindly keep on desperation no any work experience to mention it. Pathetic place to work as an experienced and fresher candidate. They treat you as per their mood, it's more like school with plenty of restrictions. Most people left the company due to mental health issues. Initially, the management treats you very nicely but after 2 months the true colors are out. Be safe.

As a fresher you get exposed to project work and actual hands on really well.

No Promotion. No Hikes. No Appraisal. No Appreciation. Overworked. Micro management. Work life balance is obviously bad. Managers are stuck to their roles for far too long and stagnate the growth of other new members early in their career. They only have appreciation for you and your work when they want you to work more. WFO is implemented very strictly. Extended work hours.

promotions Manager support Lack of clarity what employees are doing in project by Managers. No recognition. Managers have to recognize the effort of employees. Existing employees under paid and new joiners are getting good hikes
