The offs were rotational,many weeks were provided with one day off only.Compensation was not quite competitve,shift extension will be implemented certain days.

This organization is more of politics and they don't recognize talent. Work environment is poor. These people don't even provide basic amenities like headset, phone. Very bad work environment.
