Great platform for freshers who are interested in networking domain.A place to grow quick and learn networking concepts.

Dislikes

The offs were rotational,many weeks were provided with one day off only.Compensation was not quite competitve,shift extension will be implemented certain days.

Only good thing about this company is it's option of providing an environment to work in networks

Dislikes

This organization is more of politics and they don't recognize talent. Work environment is poor. These people don't even provide basic amenities like headset, phone. Very bad work environment.

Work Details

Well, not very interesting. You will learn the stuff in 6 months of time and mostly they will restrict to stay inscope leaving little option to learn

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
