South people work day and night, over weekends, handling multiple projects, while north people just manage the projects.

Nothing, the only benefit is that if you are on a project they won't force you to come office, this is only the benefit

If you are not in the project, they will give you the task even if they don't know if the tasks are achievable or not; if you disagree or if you have not completed the task, they will fire you from the company.
