Favouritism by some managers Competencies you possess do not match the grade and compensation Few managers need to build some decorum and professionalism while dealing with team. No ownership and support by manager and openly blames subordinate to sr management (of their own fault, this is done one and one and we get to know later on) and easily take away all the credit for accomplishment. HR policies are not employee friendly and rather company favoring. Notice period is mandatory for employee to serve if company wants but on the other hand company can relieve you any time without paying a single penny
