They don't have any ethics and job security ... Horribly they fire people forcefully put people on PIP within 2 month they remove whole team from company .. work satisfaction Thay just care about brokrage not about loss client make form company yap. They have fast promotion because everyone is leaving office so they don't have any option

Favouritism by some managers Competencies you possess do not match the grade and compensation Few managers need to build some decorum and professionalism while dealing with team. No ownership and support by manager and openly blames subordinate to sr management (of their own fault, this is done one and one and we get to know later on) and easily take away all the credit for accomplishment.
