They don't have any ethics and job security ... Horribly they fire people forcefully put people on PIP within 2 month they remove whole team from company .. work satisfaction Thay just care about brokrage not about loss client make form company yap. They have fast promotion because everyone is leaving office so they don't have any option

Terrible upper mana6and middle management with no iota of vision and constructive approach towards building a team. Hite and fire culture sucking the employees dry and ruining their times and professional lives. Poor quality of people running the show. Absolute weak leaders.

Favouritism by some managers Competencies you possess do not match the grade and compensation Few managers need to build some decorum and professionalism while dealing with team.
