Zero worklife balance. Hopeless manager. Disrespect for any task done. Holidays are not provided to most important part of life like marriage and other important days of our life. Skill development you would be at same page after many years of working here, because manager is not skill then how will an employee improve there skills.

Company HR don't respond properly to any queries and if you don't listen to your senior they will make you target if you ask any questions regarding anything and senior's they are the worst people I have ever seen they will make you work on holidays as well and they don't pay for that to and the worst thing is if you are sick they will make you work more we can't balance our work life and if they give you incentive they will make us pay alla the incentive which we have taken at the time of resignation I strongly recommend not to join in this company....Read More

Partiality in employee from managers specially at thane branch by kartik singh as senior team leader he is very egoistic person and for his ego he will ruin a employee career for there friends working in thane branch at a BDE level .HR's are one of the fraudest person in motilal oswal .Anyone wants to join motilal then join for maximum 3-6months only office environment is very toxic and political from base level to vp level all are frauds ....Read More
