There is not a single things which i can say good for the candidate.i will not recommend to anyone to join this company.

I would recommend not to join this company ,only office politics,working environment is too much pathetic ,no promotion,no increment,only you will see torture kind of work style .The senior is one of the worst just downloading the work pressure ,senior doesn't have leadership quality,they just want things to be done by forcefully.

Motilal Oswal organization has very good reputation in the market but inside it is very terrible experience. Some people made it worst to work here and somehow they manage to disappear the issues which should reach to the upper management. If there is no other option for the job then only think to join here and still search for new one.
